Gorgeous work! I love the lighting on the skin and the the details in the seaweed and the octopus. All those suckers, hee...wow. I think this is my favorite piece of yours.

gorgeous texture work! I love how the tentacle is entanlged around her and softly touching her neck.

Da-a-a-amn, woman. Fantastic. I am such a sucker for cephalopods. The skin tones are gorgeous: cool but with a hint of blood beneath the surface in choice spots. I love the shadows cast on her body, too. I'm taking any minor peculiarities, such as the large hand, as stylistic decisions, since you obviously have the skills for strict realism. I think you probably wanted to keep the focus on that fabulous figure, but I could see adding a bit more solidity to the top of her coral/rock(?) perch and the tentacle(s) closest to us. Really, this rocks, though. I can't stop staring at that knee!

Thanks for the crit, chickenfingeres! Hahah, I always paint hands too large because my own hands are oversized and stuck on disproportionately thin wrists You're right about adding some more volume to the tentacle and rock. It was so hard to find a balance between everything.
